Westleigh Win for Vantage Park |

A Leicester business park has won the title of ‘Commercial Project of the Year 2007 ’ in the Builder and Engineer Awards fighting off stiff competition from three other projects.
The winning project was Vantage Park on Gipsy Lane, which was completed earlier this year by Whetstone-based developer Westleigh. It provides 13 commercial units for sale and rent on the site of the former Gipsy Lane Brickworks in Hamilton. The scheme comprises a total of 36,000 sq ft of high quality office space located around a courtyard.
The fourth annual Builder and Engineer Awards were announced at a prestigious ceremony in Manchester on Wednesday 10th October. The competition showcased some of the very best of the country’s building projects across 14 categories such as Housing Project of the Year and Energy Efficient Project of the Year.
