Over half of a brand new scheme of shared ownership apartments in Lutterworth has been reserved in just a matter of weeks, with Westleigh New Homes reporting a surge of interest from local purchasers. Of 12 two-bedroom apartments at Stretton Court, located in a new three storey building on Leicester Road, seven have been reserved in just three weeks despite construction work not being due to complete until December this year. This is particularly pleasing as this has been achieved without the need for a marketing suite on site. “With interest coming from first time buyers in their 20s and couples alike, all of whom are from Lutterworth and the surrounding area, it proves that this is the right kind of development for its locality.
