Westleigh Partnership Homes, along with our partner RSL's, are working together with the HCA to deliver affordable new homes across the Midlands and beyond. With close partnerships and comprehensive in-house expertise, we are able to identify and deliver new and increasingly cost effective methods of procuring affordable housing, ensuring the delivery of sustainable communities and quality homes that meet local need. Working with these partner organisations, we will deliver in excess of 650 affordable homes throughout the Midlands. And in utilising our own timber frame system, Westframe, we will strive to deliver homes that exceed the Code for Sustainable Homes (Level 3), in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. |
