Our land management team will do a lot more than simply give you an estimate of market value. We'll advise you on the most appropriate way to make your land work harder. Some sites, for example, will be best suited to retail or commercial development, while others are more appropriate for private or public housing.
Westleigh are actively seeking to purchase land across the entire Midlands region, including Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. We are also interested in hearing about land opportunities in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and South Yorkshire.
Westleigh are also seeking development oppourtunities within the majority of the smaller market towns throughout the Midlands region for both residential and commercial developments.
Our land / property department will consider and appraise potential sites that could be suitable for either residential or commercial use. Our team will consider sites which may not presently benefit from a particular planning use but will have the potential to benefit from a change of use in the future.
For residential development land anything from 0.5 acres would be considered on either a greenfield or brownfield basis. For commercial development sites anything from 0.5 acres up to 50 acres would be considered. Preference and emphasis is normally placed on sites of between 0.5 and 5 acres on main arterial routes.
